*Gilligan Contracting offers an industry leading 5-year warranty on kitchen and bathroom projects that are completed using our preferred network of vendors and suppliers. For all other projects our standard one-year warranty applies. Below is an example of the warranty clause in our contracts:
All materials are warranted as per manufacturer specifications. Labor is covered by a five-year warranty specifically excluding damage due to neglect or improper use. Labor warranty may not be transferred or assigned.
Contractor will not order, pay for, coordinate, supervise, or warrant any work, material, or accept responsibility and impact thereof on items installed or supplied by any nonemployee, contractor, supplier, or vendor not selected or approved by Contractor.
